Welcome to Our Site!

Founded in 1824, the Chi Phi Fraternity is the oldest men's college fraternity in existence today. Truth, Friendship and Personal Integrity are the hallmarks of our fraternity. We currently maintain 54 chapters and four colonies located at prestigious universities throughout the United States, with a combined membership of 2,500 undergraduates and 38,000 living alumni.

The Tau Zeta Chapter of the Chi Phi Fraternity was established at Boston University in 1989 and colonized nationally in March of 1995. We pride ourselves on being the closest group of brothers in the Boston University community with a strong focus on both social and philanthropic activities.

Joining Chi Phi doesn't simply mean entering a sacred and strong brotherhood; it also allows you to take partin countless on-and-off campus activities that you would probably otherwise never experience. This pastschool year various Chi Phi Events included:

-4th Annual Chi Phi Haunted House for the Jimmy Fund
-"Pie A Chi Phi Guy Day" raising money for boys and girls club
- Volunteers and participants in BU Dance Marathon
-Social Mixers with Boston University Sorrorities
-1st Annual "Catch the Chi Phi Leprechaun"
-Open invitation day BBQ's and sport event viewing parties
-Brother and New Recruit retreats throughout the country

We invite you to browse our site, to learn more about our Fraternity as a whole and our recruitment process.
